Trouble Logging In?

Many common login issues and their solutions are listed below. Please review the topics
to obtain a quick answer to your problem. Remember, for any issue not listed or if you need assistance from our support team, simply complete and submit the Customer Service Form. You will receive a solution to your problem within 8 business hours after submitting your request.

Special Notice Regarding Password Change

Enserv is committed in bringing our customers the best user experience possible.  Currently we are upgrading our site to enable an expanded online training center that will better serve our clients and their employees.  We will be announcing the features of this new center soon.

Beginning March 25, 2009, users who have a password with less than 6 characters (either numbers, letters or any combination) will have their passwords modified in order to meet recent security changes required to access the new features that have been added to our site. 

How does this affect me?
If you have a password that is less than 6 characters, it will be lengthened to 6 characters by adding additional numerical “0” to the password.  If your current password is 6 characters or more, no action is required.

Example

  • If your current password is 1234, it will be changed to 123400.  Note the additional 2 “0”s that were added to make the password 6 characters in length. 

  • If you current password is 12345, it will be changed to "123450". Note the added "0" that was added to the end of the existing password

Not all of the changes will be completed at the same time.  If you are not able to login using your normal password, try adding the additional “0”s and try again.

If you have further trouble, try using our password recovery form (see below).  Your current username and password will be emailed to you. 

If you need additional assistance, you may complete the Customer Service Form and we will investigate the problem and provide you with a solution within in 2 business hours.

Why do I need to Log In?

Our SAFEserv Store is public and available to all who visit our site. The store and the related product pages provide our visitors access to review and purchase products related to Healthcare Compliance and Practice Management.

The subscription areas of our site have been secured for the following users:

Compliance Programs, such as OSHA, HIPAA and Total Access, are paid access areas where members pay a monthly subscription amount to access online products, training, inspection tools and alerts. To

I don't have a username or password. How do I get one?

To gain access into one of the subscribed areas of our site, a username and password must first be created.
If you have not previously had access to our site or have not yet registered for one of our specialty areas,
you may register now by clicking here and enrolling online. A credit card, a unique email address and a
broadband connection to the internet is required.

If you have previously visited and logged into our site, but are unable to do so now, please complete our Customer Service Request Form. Make sure to include a current and unique email address so your login information can be emailed to you. This type of request usually take less than 8 business hours to facilitate.

My username and/or password is not working. Now what do I do?

If you have previously visited and logged into our site, but are unable to do so now, please complete our Customer Service Request Form. Make sure to include a current and unique email address so your login information can be emailed to you. Do to security reasons, some users may receive a new username and/or password. This type of request usually take less than 8 business hours to facilitate.

I submitted a "Forgot Username/Password" request but I did not receive a reply.

Typically there one of two reasons why the system is unable to recover your username and/or password:

  1. You do not have a valid email address on file
  2. You are not currently registered for the specific area in which you are attempting access

In either case, please submit a Customer Service Request Form with the required information and our
support team will verify your registration and provide you with a new username and password. Remember,
our new system requires that every user have a unique email address, so if you need one, please
click here to obtain one from our list of services that provide free email accounts before completing
the form.

I don't have an email address. Why do I need one and how do I get one?

Requiring all of our users to have a unique email address allows us to provide an improved level of
customer service and site security. Often users forget their login information and need to retrieve this information immediately. By using unique email addresses, login information can be instantly sent to
users when the request is made. Our system also makes sure that email addresses are unique to each
user so passwords can be kept confidential.

In the future, users will be able to access more services and training, and the use of email addresses will
streamline access to many of these new training and learning features and tools.

I share an email address with others in my office.

The practice of sharing email addresses between users is no longer permitted. All duplicate email addresses
have been deleted from our system. Users who have shared email address previously should have received
a notice from us indicating their current username and password with instructions to login and update their profile. Some users may be required to login using a new username and password.

Additionaly, all users should check their "My Account" section and make sure an email address is listed.
If one is not listed, users should update their profile by adding a current and unique email address. Free

How do I change my username, password and/or my email address?

Users who wish to change their login and/or email address may do so by clicking here and logging in with their existing username and password. Once logged in, users should select the "Upadte My Profile" link displayed under the Custojer Support section that is displayed near the bottom of the page.

Alternatively, users with access to our subcription areas can select the "My Account" on the menue and then select "My Profile"..
